Though I did hear stories about a girl linked to Jack Dandy who was incredibly fast and strong.
Christ, ofc she would get the super speed shit too. It seems Cross can't remember or agree on what powers Finley actually has. So far I've counted: Enhanced strength, enhanced sense, immunity from psychics, and now super speed. =/
